It is an absolutely wonderful store with fantastic service. A large selection that is continuously growing. The management is also very willing to order items in for ones size if they do not have it in stock.

This store has a huge and great selection of Goth apparel and accessories. And the boots! Such an amazing selection! They also work hard to support local by utilizing local suppliers.
Not only do they have gorgeous goth pieces that you can't find anywhere else, but their customer service is top tier. My order was stolen in the mail, and they went through every hoop to make sure I was satisfied and comforted throughout the process. Can't wait to shop again soon!
Things are pricy here but for a good reason, it aināt cheaply made and better than the stuff you can get on Wish or Amazon. Lots of real leather and metal looking designs on everything. Place also has discount sales from time to time too which is worth keeping updated on. Thank you Ginger for being so nice and welcoming and selling me some killer renegade boots! :D
I really wanted creepers for my wedding and when they didnāt have the size in the ones I wanted they ordered them in three sizes to make sure I got them on time and I love them! The owner and all of the staff are fantastic and the store is amazing, so much cool stuff!
The staff member was so welcoming and enthusiastic, I felt bad walking out with nothing haha. The selection of shoes is awesome and they have sales frequently. As for clothing, there's a lot of good stuff but it also felt a bit empty... probably because of the size of the store.
The prices are definitely NOT for people casually experimenting with goth fashion (other than for the shoes) as they are on the upper end.
My daughter and I went into this store for the first time. The lady working was amazing. We ended up buying a dress but then my daughter found what she was looking for elsewhere. We tried to return it to find out they don't return or exchange. There should be signs up saying this or when you check out the employee should mention it. I would have never bought if I knew this. I never buy or support businesses that do this . I find this unfair to the customer. Unfortunately I will not recommend this store to any of my friends or family.

I first became familiar with Goth Unite when they were located on 118th Ave. I accidentally came upon it after a walk at Rundle park. They are a fantastic store and have grown so much since the first time I stepped foot in their store. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I went there. The store owner Sentinel will go above and beyond to make your experience there top quality. He listens to your suggestions and on many occasions I have seen him accommodate those suggestions.
The clothes are of the higher end quality and not as much as fast fashion. They do carry brands like Tripp NYC, Killstar, and many more. There is something there for everyone. I have recently taken my daughter there and she was able to find stuff she was excited for.
Their selection of Demonias is not only amazing but they also retail lower than anywhere else I have seen. Check out this gem of a store you wont be disappointed. :)
